Whistler Mountaineer product details
1. What is a day trip? A Whistler Mountaineer day trip is when you travel to Whistler from Vancouver and return on the same day, either by rail or motorcoach. You do of course have the option to extend your stay in Whistler by adding overnight accommodation or by booking a Whistler Escape package.
2. I am travelling in a group - do you accommodate for groups and/or have a group rate? For group travel of 10 or more people please contact the Whistler Mountaineer Group Department at 1-800-665-7245, where our Vacation Consultants will be very happy to accommodate your needs.
3. I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point? Please refer to the map available in the Station Transfers section of this site to select your most convenient pick-up location. If you are unsure, we suggest choosing pick-up from the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver and the Whistler Mountaineer Office at the Westin Resort and Spa in Whistler.
4. Can you give me directions or maps for the train stations? Directions to our rail station locations are available here.
5. What are the cancellation rules for these bookings? Full cancellation policies may be reviewed in our Terms and Conditions.
6. Can you send me a brochure? For your convenience, a printable version of our brochure is available to be downloaded online. You may select from a collection of Whistler Mountaineer Escapes or build your customized vacation by choosing the transportation, accommodation and activity options that best suit your needs.
7. I would like to book a customized vacation package, how can I do this? A wide selection of Whistler Escape packages, featuring a FREE hotel upgrade, is conveniently available to be booked online. If you do not find a package that suits your needs please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Booking Online
1. What can I book online? For your convenience, you may book one-way or round-trip transportation by Whistler Mountaineer or by Whistler Mountaineer and motorcoach on this site. You can also add accommodation and activities in Vancouver and Whistler to your transportation choice through the online booking system. In addition, we are pleased to offer a selection of Whistler Escape vacation packages that can be booked online, and include a FREE hotel upgrade.
2. How do I book online? Simply choose the trip or package that you wish to purchase, click "Book Now" and follow the simple steps to complete your booking.
3. Is my credit card safe? We make every effort to keep your personal information, including your credit card number, secure. To ensure your security we use Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your password, address and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.
4. When do I receive confirmation of my booking? Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address stored in your booking profile. Should you wish additional copies of the email to be sent to different addresses, please complete the applicable line in the "Confirm Booking" screen.
5. Where can I get Travel Insurance? Trip Cancellation Insurance may be purchased by calling Whistler Mountaineer Reservations Department at 1-888-687-7245.
6. We have more than 8 adults in our party, how do I book? For bookings including more than 8 adults, please contact us at 1-888-687-7245.
7. I am getting a credit card error while trying to book Please ensure your credit card information is correct. If you receive a decline on your card, please contact your credit card provider.
8. I cannot access my voucher. The itinerary sent to your email account is in Adobe Acrobat format. Some email systems prevent different types of attachments from being delivered. If this is the case, please contact your Internet Service Provider. If are you having problems opening the attachment, please ensure you have Adobe Acrobat loaded.
9. How do I know my reservation is confirmed? Once your booking has been completed, a confirmation screen will appear advising you of your trip details and your confirmation number. In addition, you will be sent an email with full confirmation details.

Account Registration and Login
1. Why do I have to register? Registration allows you to make a reservation onboard the Whistler Mountaineer, and to quickly access all of your bookings on future visits to this site. Your registration stores simple contact information such as address and email so that if we need to contact you regarding your trip we have the details to do so. This information is secure and protected by our Privacy Policy.
2. How do I change the email address for my account? Simply sign in to your account using your password and you can change your account details by following the prompts given.
3. How do I access "My Account" and view my current reservations online? Simply sign in to your account using your password. Your reservation details are stored within your account.
4. How do I update my profile information to change my address, phone, email or credit card information? Simply sign in to your account using your password and you can change your account details by following the prompts given.
5. How do I log off of the site when I am finished? Your session will automatically time out after 10 minutes. If you wish to log off the site simply click "Logout".

Existing Booking
1. What do I do with the voucher? Please print your voucher and itinerary and bring with you when you travel. The itinerary contains all of the important information regarding departure times and locations. Your voucher will be scanned by Whistler Mountaineer staff on check-in.
2. I have not received my voucher. If you received a confirmation on the screen at the end of the booking process, but did not receive your voucher via email, please contact us at 1-888-687-7245.
3. I don't have a printer to print the voucher You can forward the email containing the attached voucher to another email address, where that computer has access to a printer (e.g. work email address). If you do not have this alternative, please contact our Whistler Mountaineer Reservations Department at 1-888-687-7245.
You are required to travel with a print out of your confirmation/itinerary. This document contains important travel information including your voucher and is your proof of purchase.
4. I need to make a correction to the names, titles, ages in the booking or get a new voucher. To make changes to your existing booking, please call the Whistler Mountaineer Reservations Department at 1-888-687-7245.
5. Do I require any sort of photo identification? Photo identification will be requested at time of check-in.
6. I would like to change the date of my trip/vacation To make changes to your existing booking, please call the Whistler Mountaineer Reservations Department at 1-888-687-7245.
7. I need to cancel my booking will I receive a refund?
