The following activities can be added to your Whistler Mountaineer Rail Journey, or to your Whistler Escape Package.


Vancouver Activities

There are lots of ways to get to know this beautiful city.  These activities are the perfect addition, before or after your Whistler Mountaineer journey.  In order to fully enjoy your Vancouver Activity, we recommend that you spend additional nights in Vancouver so that you can experience all that Vancouver has to offer.

 

 
Sea Safari Eco-Tour  
   
Experience a 2-hour guided water safari on Howe Sound in comfort and safety aboard a customized high-speed 28-foot rigid hull inflatable. Experience nature first hand as you race beside steep cliffs, explore caves, view harbour seals at play, and watch majestic bald eagles soar overhead.
   
   
Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tour

Whale Watching Safari
   
In the oceans the Orca is at the top of the food chain. Admire these magnificent creatures first hand in covered, comfortable, high speed boats equipped with washroom facilities as they communicate verbally in dialects and hunt down their prey with cunning and stealth. Other marine wildlife you are likely to encounter includes porpoises, seals, sea lions and bald eagles.
   
   
Vancouver Scenic Flight  
   
Fly over Stanley Park and the famous Lions Gate Bridge, following alongside the North Shore mountains and one of the most beautiful downtown skylines in North America. Enjoy an aerial view of Horseshoe Bay as you soar pass the ocean going freighters in English Bay before returning to the downtown core through False Creek.
   

Whistler Activities

Whistler is much more than a ski resort; it is a vibrant year-round destination with plenty of activities for the adventurous and for those who enjoy a slower pace.  In order to fully enjoy your Whistler Activity, we recommend that you spend at least one night in Whistler.

 
ATV Tour - Beginner  
   
Enjoy a two-hour Hidden Valley ATV Tour along wide mountain trails to experience beautiful wilderness terrain. Journey on trails that go deep into the forest of the pristine Fitzsimmons Creek watershed where you will see spectacular views of the glacial headwaters. This is an ideal tour for beginners. Your casual ATV ride takes you through spectacular scenery that is home to moose, deer and other wildlife.
   
   
ATV Tour - Intermediate
   
Enjoy a two-hour Mountain Explorer ATV Tour. Splash through the mud pits (optional) on your way to explore a network of wide mountain trails towards Blackcomb's beautiful alpine. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Whistler Valley and the snowcapped peaks of the Coast Mountain Range. A great mix of exploring, sightseeing, and adventure. Your ATV tour takes you through spectacular scenery that is home to moose, deer and other wildlife.
   
   
ATV Tour - Advanced
   
Enjoy a two-hour Crazy Horse ATV Tour through ford mountain streams. Blast the mud pits and take on the challenging ATV terrain park. Your ATV ride takes you through spectacular scenery that is home to moose, deer and other wildlife. Begin your adventure with a lesson on riding and ATV safety and an experienced guide will accompany you throughout.
   
   
Glacier Flightseeing  
   
A spectacular 30-minute aerial tour the entire family can enjoy.  The Coastal Mountain ranges of British Columbia have magnificent glaciers and high alpine lakes, which can only be truly appreciated from the air. Join a float plane tour from Green Lake to Whistler offering spectacular viewing and photo opportunities.
   
   
Ziptrek Ecotour  
   
Experience Whistler's most popular eco-adventure tour, featuring ziplines, boardwalks, canopy walks and more. Feel the exhilaration of flying as you glide along steel ziplines suspended high above the breathtaking whitewater of Fitzsimmons Creek that divides Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.
