Day 1 Vancouver to Whistler
Travel onboard the Whistler Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to the resort town of Whistler, renowned for outstanding skiing and year-round outdoor activities. Following your motorcoach transfer from downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver, the Whistler Mountaineer takes you on a breathtaking rail journey through the stunning scenery of this "Sea to Sky" region. Highlights of the trip include spectacular views across Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains, Mount Garibaldi, and the impressive Cheakamus Canyon. Breakfast is served onboard.
On arrival at the Whistler train station, you will be transferred to your overnight accommodation. The remainder of the day is yours at leisure. Overnight in Whistler.
Day 2 Whistler to Vancouver
Enjoy a free morning exploring the picturesque mountain resort of Whistler on your own.
Return to Vancouver this afternoon on the Whistler Mountaineer, following a motorcoach transfer to the rail station. Once again enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the "Sea to Sky" region and the entertaining commentary provided by your onboard attendants. A light meal is served onboard. You will arrive in to Vancouver in the early evening and transfer to downtown Vancouver where your adventure concludes.
